A free community event bringing men of all ages together around movement, wellbeing, and real conversation. Held simultaneously at The Academy and Move Daily on Saturday 27 June, this is a day to move your body, challenge your mind, and connect with the people around you.

No experience needed. All ages welcome. Just show up.
